OUR COVID19 HEALTH POLICY

AG Offroad Performance is working within the Victorian Government guidelines and is responding appropriately to the expectations and requirements that are outlined. As matters evolve, AG Offroad Performance has a SMART COVID19 Health Policy in place.

WHY BOOK WITH US ?

We are committed in providing a safe environment. Our highest priority is the health and well-being of our staff, our customers and our community, this is at the heart of our COVID19 response. We are business as usual, however the way we do business has changed to protect our people, partners, workshop location, operations and our business continuity.

CONTROLLING RISKS ON SITE:

All members of our Team are applying a risk-based approach and implement reasonably practical controls based on the environment and specific workshop hazards.

To assist with the providing and maintaining health and safety operations during COVID19.
The below measures are implemented.

      1. No Symptoms Policy
      2. Correct Social/Physical Distancing measures
      3. Cleaning & Disinfecting Counter areas regularly
      4. Correct Hand Hygiene & Sanitizing performed before & after each entry to your vehicle
      5. Absolute Minimal Contact with cabin and driving areas
      6. Car Keys wiped before returning your vehicle to you

CHANGES TO BUSINESS PRACTICES:

Hygiene Practices:

Interaction with sales, suppliers and customers, our staff now avoids shaking hands. We request that anyone in the community refrains from attending our workshop if they are unwell or have been overseas is the last 14 days.

Sanitizers:

We provide Hand Sanitizers where possible across the business with priority given to customers facing staff on the road and in our workshop. Our technicians also sanitize high contact surfaces of your vehicle that have been used during the service and repair.

Office/Workshop Cleaning:

We work with our cleaners and staff to ensure a high level of cleaning is conducted in our office & workshop, particularly the high contact surfaces.

Communication:

We are in constant communication with our staff regarding the best hygiene practices to ensure we are doing everything possible to reduce any risk to our customers.

Community:

We offer a pick-up service to our local suburbs and provide over the phone payment options.

Product Supply:

We monitor very closely with our suppliers any possible delays or issues that may affect our service/repair parts supply chain. We note most of our suppliers are back to full capacity. We are committed to maintaining current workshop activity and will keep you informed if any issues should arise.
